We ship internationally and throughout the United States.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipping fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or missing items
If your item arrived damaged, please email us a photo of your item with the packaging. The item must have been damaged through shipping to receive a full refund or replacement.
If your item went missing for reasons other than an incorrect address, I would first ask you submit a report to the post carrier then email me with your order number.
Minna May Design is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us, we are not responsible for any shipping charges or fees to re-ship your order. Please be sure to double check your mailing address is correct when placing your order.
