Shipping / damaged or missing items

Once packages are handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer our responsibility.

We ship internationally and throughout the United States. Any additional shipping/customs fees incurred after shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delayed transit times. If your package is delayed or lost, you will need to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please be sure to double check your mailing address is correct when placing your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipping, or reshipment fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be able to reship your item until your package gets returned to us.

If your item arrived damaged, please email us a photo of your item with the packaging. The item must have been damaged through shipping to be considered for a refund or replacement.
